You may request a return for items purchased within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it for eligibility. If the item meets our return criteria, we will proceed with the refund process.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we have processed it.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
